We are thrilled to offer our top-notch services to ALTC members who have been approved and assigned a case manager through AHCCCS! Our team at Grey's In Home Care, LLC is more than happy to assist with the application process to become an ALTC member. And for those already receiving services, we welcome transfers to join our team with open arms!

Personal Care
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, oral hygiene, toileting, ambulation, use of assistive devices and caring for other physical needs
Communication
Monthly home visits by Field Coordinator provides communication of updates between the member, case manager and GIHC, LLC.
Homemaker
Assistance with house cleaning, laundry, food preparation and essential errands such as grocery shopping, securing medical supplies and household items
Companionship
Promoting well being and eliminate loneliness we support our members with time to talk, red, and socialize

Attendant Care
This service is provided to approved member needing both personal care and homemaker services. All services are included​
Respite Care
Short-Term service for ALTC Members residing in their own home. Services are provided as rest or relief to a family member or other persons for the member
