Direct Care Workers (DCW) are certified and experienced in providing in home care of daily task as out lined in member's service plan.

 

Direct Care Workers can be a family member or an outside provider. Education provided to ensure member's needs are met. 

Direct Care Workers are responsible for ensuring the well being of their assigned member while the member lives at home.

Grey's In Home-Care, LLC will assist in the hiring of our Direct Care Workers.   In-house training available.

Grey's In-Home Care, LLC follows the state mandated use of the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV).  Education is provided.
