About Grey's In-Home Care, LLC
Grey's In-Home Care, LLC is a locally owned company located in Gallup, New Mexico. As a contracted company with the Arizona Healthcare Cost Containment System, we provide quality services to eligible members of the Arizona Long Term Care Program.
Our goal is to provide compassionate care to individuals living in the comfort of their homes. We meet their needs by understanding each of our member's health, home environment, and daily living activities. We keep our members the center point of home services and ensuring we maintain their self dignity. Routine home visits are scheduled to ensure services are meeting the needs of our members.
